Russian official: S-300 air defense system not being negotiated with Syria

Vladimir Kozin, Vladimir Putin's advisor on military cooperation said during an interview to the Russian newspaper Izvestia that Russia is not negotiating with Syria over the supply of the S-300 air defense system.
"The Syrians have everything they need to face their enemies," Kozin added.
