Lieberman: 'We have to immediately leave UN Human Rights Council'
Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman criticized Thursday the UN Human Rights Council's condemnation of the death of demonstrators in the Gaza Strip.
"Terror attacks led by Gaza and hypocrisy attacks led by the UN Human Rights Council. All condemnations are meant to deter Israel from defending itself," Lieberman tweeted.
"They won't succeed. This celebration of hypocrisy must be stopped," he added.
"We have to immediately leave the UN Human Rights Council and vigorously act for the US to join this move," the defense minister concluded.
