The work will be expanded on Sunday, June 24, and the following stations will be close until June 28: Modiin, Ben-Gurion Airport, Kfar Chabad, Lod and Ganei. Trains will begin and end their journey at Tel Aviv’s Haganah station.

During that period, Israel Railways will be running a free shuttle service between the Ben-Gurion Airport and Modiin stations and between the Ben-Gurion Airport and Savidor Mercaz stations. We will also be increasing public transportation.

Additional changes have been announced in the train’s route during the weekend, from Thursday, June 21, to Saturday night, June 23, and from Friday, June 29, to Saturday night, June 30. Full details are available on Israe Railway’s website.

Customers with a season ticket (Flexible 7, Flexible 30) that is valid during the temporary suspension of services and one or more of the closed stations are included in the ticket, are entitled to compensation, Israel Railways said on its website.

The compensation is an extension of the existing season ticket's validity according to the number of days that the rail segment was closed and the ticket was valid. Compensation can be loaded using the automatic machines and at the ticket office until one day after the end of the season ticket's validity.

Meanwhile, the Hod Hasharon station will remai

n closed until June 29 prior to the opening of two new stations in Ra'anana and their connection to the rail network.
