Combustible material tied to falcon found near Gaza

A falcon, to which a rope was tied with combustible material, was discovered Monday near the fence with the Gaza Strip. An initial inspection by the Israel Nature and National Parks Protection Authority revealed that the falcon was harnessed to, and not merely entangled in, the combustible material.
