Algeria: Palestinian doctor, researcher found dead
The Palestinian Embassy in Algeria announced Sunday that a Palestinian doctor and a researcher from Khan Yunis were found dead in an apartment.
According to preliminary findings, the two died of strangulation or electrocution.
