Russia to Israel: We'll take measures in order to eliminate threat to Russian military
Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs invited Tuesday charge d'affaires of the State of Israel in Moscow K. Cohen-Gat.
During the conversation, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Vershinin emphasized that Moscow views as irresponsible and unfriendly the actions of the Israeli Air Force, which exposed the Russian Il-20 aircraft to danger and led to the death of the 15 Russian crewmen, referring to Israel's attack on Syria's Latakia.
Vershinin stressed that the Russia would take all necessary measures in order to eliminate any threat to life and security of Russian military, which assists the Syrian regime in its fight against the country's rebel groups.
