IDF soldier lightly wounded in riots near Bethlehem

An IDF soldier was lightly wounded overnight Saturday during operations in the Nahalin village south of Bethlehem. The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said that violence erupted in the area and that Palestinians attacked the soldiers with rocks.

The troops responded by using riot-dispersal techniques and live rounds. The soldier was taken to hospital for treatment.
