UN envoy to the Middle East visits Gaza to accelerate ceasefire efforts
Sources said on Wednesday that UN envoy to the Middle East Nickolay Mladenov entered the Gaza Strip through the Erez crossing as part of the Egyptian efforts to prevent a wide scale confrontation between Israel and Hamas.
