An incendiary balloon located in Gilboa Regional Council

An incendiary balloon attached to the Palestinian flag was located Tuesday in Mle'a, a moshav in the Gilboa Regional Council located in northern Israel.

A police sapper picked up the findings at the scene. No casualties or damage were reported.
