Hamas delegation heads to Cairo for ceasefire talks
A Hamas delegation headed by Khalil al-Hayya, the organization's deputy leader in Gaza, left the strip on Wednesday via the Rafah crossing and is headed to Cairo in order to continue the Egypt-mediated talks regarding a ceasefire arrangement between Israel and Hamas.
