IDF names second shooting victim

The IDF on Thursday evening named Corporal Yosef Cohen as the second soldier killed in the shooting attack in the West Bank earlier in the day. The 19-year-old, from Beit Shemesh, was a combat soldier in the Kfir Brigade. He was posthumously promoted to Sergeant, the army said.
