Lebanese PM: 'Netanyahu is not interested in peace'
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri referred Friday to Operation Northern Shield in an interview with the Asharq al-Awsat newspaper.
"The Lebanese army is dealing with the tunnels, war is not effective, the only way to ensure security is through talks, but Netanyahu is not interested in peace."
The Lebanese prime minister added that Lebanon had submitted numerous complaints to the United Nations against Israel regarding the violations of Resolution 1701, which ended the Second Lebanon War in 2006.
