Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: 1.5% rise

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange rose 1.5% Tuesday, following the sharp decline earlier Tuesday morning. The Bank Shares Index is up 2.6%, led by  Leumi Bank and Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank.
