Military factions in Gaza: 'All signs point to an escalation'
The military factions in Gaza issued a joint statement on Wednesday, threatening to respond if anymore Palestinians were to be killed by IDF fire during weekly protests along the border with Israel.
"We will not allow Israel to continue harming those who participate in these peaceful marches. All signs point to an escalation in light of the continuation of the siege,” said the official statement. "It is necessary for the mediators to exert even greater pressure on Israel so that what has been agreed upon will be implemented.”
