Gantz: September elections irreversable, Netanyahu lying

Benny Gantz slams musings by Benjamin Netanyahu that the September elections could be halted and a new unity government of their two respective parties formed.

"Netanyahu pressed the button for the Knesset dissolution and there is no turning back," Gantz says in a statement to the media from Tel Aviv. "Netanyahu sees (election) polls and invents lies."

The Blue and White leader also says that if a unity government were possible without Netanyahu, his party would consider it.
