IDF chief: Our enemy is now an organized army, but whose civilians are unprotected
IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi says that Israel's enermy has transformed "from a terrorist organization to an organized army."
Speaking at a graduation ceremony for new IAF pilots, Kochavi does not specify which enemy but says that it has chosen to operate within civilian areas where the population is unprotected.
"The enemy has missiles and rockets that when war comes are meant to cause widespread damage to Israeli territory," he says. "We will nnot allow this situation to happen."
