50 Palestinians lightly wounded in East Jerusalem riots after Thursday killing of young man by police
Palestinian reports say that 50 People were lightly wounded in confrontations with the Israel Police in East Jerusalem Friday, during riots that broke out following the killing of a 22-year-old man from the village of Isawiya by police forces Thursday; Mohamed Samir Ubayed was killed after he launched fireworks at police forces.
Forces responded with crowd dispersal methods when protesters hurled rocks at them, and shortly gained control over the event.
