Rocket launched from Strip into Israel, intercepted by Iron Dome
One rocket was launched from the Gaza Strip into Israel on Friday evening, setting off Red Alert sirens in the town of Sderot and in the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council.
The Iron Dome intercepted the rocket, the IDF said following the event.
