Lapid calls for sanctions on Turkey if it attacks Syrian Kurds

Blue and White No. 2 Yair Lapid calls for international sanctions on Turkey if it invades northern Syria and attacks the Kurdish community there.

"Impose sanctions on Turkey and suspend it from NATO if attacks the Kurds in Syria," Lapid wrote on Twitter.

"The free world has a debt to the Kurds who led the fight against Islamic State at a heavy price," he said.
