The attorney of Na'ama Issachar - an Israeli woman jailed for seven and a half years after nine grams of marijuana were found in her luggage - responded on Tuesday to Israel's rumored decision to extradite Russian hacker Alexei Burkov to the United States, saying it will, "complicate the situation."
