Netanyahu warns Gaza militants after latest rocket fire on Sderot
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned militants in the Gaza Strip that Israel will respond to Tuesday’s rocket fire aimed at southern Israel.
"If somebody in Gaza thinks he can raise his head after Operation Black Belt, he is mistaken,” said Netanyahu, referring to the killing of an Islamic Jihad commander two weeks ago. "We will respond firmly to any attack against us and we will continue maintaining Israel's security."
Earlier on Tuesday the Iron Dome defense system intercepted one of the two rockets fired at the southern city of Sderot.
