Yuval Rabin: Amir's release is close

Yuval Rabin, son of slain Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, told those who attended a rally marking 12 years since the assassination of his father in Tel Aviv Saturday that Yigal Amir's release is "tangible and close.
