In the meantime, to mark the occasion, the following are some interesting stats from our Facebook page during 2011:
- The item with the most engagement was 'Egyptian becomes hero after removing Israeli flag from embassy' from Aug. 21st with 634 comments
- The number of our active users is constantly on the rise with a peak of 4,867 daily active users on Aug. 28
- Our most active day was on Saturday, Aug. 20 with 1,430 comments (two days after the terror attack near Eilat and the bombardment of southern Israel)
- About 40% of Facebook users who like our page are from the US, followed by Israel with 18% and a surprising 3rd place going to Egypt with 4.3%
- The young and the experienced: The top age group of users is 25-34 with 22.1%, followed by the 55+ age group with 21.5%
- Our posts were viewed on people's walls 12,786,948 times and were liked or commented on 87,811 times
