The prime minister also addressed the mourning tent set up in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabel Mukaber, and asked the police to prevent the hanging of Hamas flags and other nationalistic elements at the tent or nearby.
Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Eli Yishai said during Sunday's cabinet meeting that "the law must be changed so that the family members of any person who carries out a terror attack and holds a blue identity card or any other stay permit would be deprived of their rights and their house would be demolished immediately.
"In addition, the State should also pay for the security measures at all educational institutions," he said.
Knesset Member Gilad Erdan (Likud) demanded Saturday that Police Commisioner Dudi Cohen and Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter order security personnel to dismantle the mourning tent erected at the terrorist's east Jerusalem home.
"There cannot be a situation whereby the government of Israel, in its territory, is allowing people to honor such a vile and despicable murderer and adorn that honor with flags of Hamas and Hizbullah, who call for Israel's destruction." he said.
'Why do you only arrest Jews?'
Extreme right-wing activists Itamar Ben-Gvir and Baruch Marzel were detained for questioning Sunday after attempting to march to the terrorist's east Jerusalem home.
Police also detained for questioning four other right-wing activists.
The demonstrators were stopped as they began marching from Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv promenade towards the Jabel Mukaber neighborhood, carrying signs calling for revenge.
Large police forces were dispatched to the area and asked the protestors to disperse, declaring that this was an "unlawful assembly."

The protestors did not give up and tried to break through the line of police officers blocking the road. Before their arrest, the rightists claimed that the police were discriminating against them when it came to law enforcement.
"Why do you only arrest Jews? Go arrest the terrorist's family and stop the celebration over our blood at the mourning tent," one of them said.
The terrorist, 20-year-old Alaa Abu Dheim, worked as a driver and held and Israeli ID card that gave him freedom of movement in Israel. His neighbors said he was arrested by Israeli authorities four months ago and then released two months later.
Abu Dheim's family set up a mourning tent Friday and hung green Hamas flags outside their home.
Earlier Friday, police found a car believed to have been used by the terrorist. Several gun bullets and additional items were uncovered in the vehicle.
