A 4.3-magnitude earthquake was felt in southern Israel Monday. No injuries or damage were reported. According to the Geophysical Institute of Israel the quake's epicenter was some 40km north of Eilat. A 3.4-magnitude earthquake was felt in northern Israel in November. According to the GIS, its epicenter was 22km north of Nahariya. The quake was felt in the greater Haifa area.
