The indictment suggests that the suspect in the murder of Eden Atias was employed illegally in Safouri's cleaning company. Safouri is being charged with employing an illegal alien.
Elia Atias, Eden's mother said, "People like him are accomplices to murder. He needs to be severely punished and has his business shut down and license revoked. He knew he was holding a ticking bomb. He should not be allowed to make a living."
Atias' aunt said, "The family is going through a tough month. It's hard on every level. Eden's mother is having a hard time going back to work. The family's life has been completely destroyed."
Eden Atias was stabbed to death by a 16-year-old Palestinian terrorist from Jenin while sleeping on a bus in Afula's central bus station. The terrorist's two cousins are held in Israel for security offences.
