New minister in town

Trade and Industry Minister Ehud Olmert buys second home in Tel Aviv valued at about USD 310,000

TEL AVIV - Deputy Prime Minister and Industry and Trade Minister Ehud Olmert has bought a second home on trendy Shenkin Street in central Tel Aviv.

Olmert’s new purchase is a three-roomed apartment valued at about USD 310,000 and part of a prestigious Tel Aviv project to be built by Africa-Israel and Denya-Cebus.

However, despite his new purchase, the former mayor of Jerusalem will continue to live in the capital.

Six months ago, Olmert sold his Jerusalem home in the Katamon neighborhood for USD 2 million, and purchased another in the German Colony.
