Sources familiar with the details of the affair named the three as Cabinet Secretary Zvi Hauser, Military Secretary Maj.-Gen Yohanan Locker and National Information Directorate chief Yoaz Handel. Bureah manager Gil Shefer was apparently also aware of the details of the affair.

Sources close to Locker said that he did not relay any information to the Attorney General. The Prime Minister's bureau refused to comment on the report but sources said the case may be related to a power struggle in the bureau.

It has been suggested that Eshel and the female worker had a particularly close relationship. "You could tell there was something awkward in his conduct towards her," one bureau element told Ynet.
Earlier on Wednesday, it was revealed that Eshel and the worker will be called to testify and that the Civil Service Commission's investigations unit will handle the probe.
The Justice Ministry said in response that the initial examination into the case has yet to be completed and refused to provide details on the individuals who informed the Attorney General's office of the harassment.
