According to the indictment, the four defendants are acquaintances of Kadosh's partner, David Amuyal who fled the country two hours after the assault.

On September 28, at around 1am, Kadosh arrived at the hospital accompanied by one of the suspects, Roslan Missiyev, seeking medical treatment.

While at the hospital, Kadosh began shouting abuse at the medical staff, claiming she was not receiving proper treatment.

After she tried to forcefully take the phone receiver away from one of the nurses, one of the hospital's security guards removed Kadosh from the ER to stop her from attacking the medical staff.

While the security guard was escorting her away, Kadosh turned to Missiyev, goading him: "Why aren't you hitting him back?" She also threatened the medical staff, saying, "Just you wait until my husband gets here."

Around 2:48am, Kadosh, her partner Amuyal and the four other defendants returned to the hospital. Upon locating the security guard, Amuyal threatened him, saying: "I'm your devil, just you wait. Not in front of the cameras, I'll get you outside."

Amuyal and the four other defendants then entered the ER, while the security guard and two other guards followed them inside.

The five then attacked the security guard, hitting him in the head and back. After he was knocked down to the ground, they kicked him in the face and in other parts of his body.

The five also beat up the other two security guards, punching and kicking them. A fourth guard who came to the aid of his colleagues also came under attack, receiving a punch to the face.

The five then fled to their car, with one of the security guards trying to stop one of them from entering the vehicle.

This prompted the other defendants to leave the car and attack the security guard, slamming him against a nearby wall and repeatedly punching him in the face, head and other parts of his body.

The five then entered their vehicle and fled the scene.

When the police were called to the hospital to aid the security team, they detained Kadosh on suspicion of conspiring with the four defendants and with Amuyal.

Kadosh then tried to leave the ER and failed to follow orders from one of the police officers. She hurled abuse at the officer and when police tried to handcuff her, Kadosh assaulted the policewoman. Kadosh punched the police officer in the face twice, and then proceeded to bite and claw at the officer as well as spitting on her.

Later, Kadosh also tried to kick at police officers, which prompted them to cuff her legs as well.

In addition to Kadosh, two other suspects were arrested immediately after the incident, while the rest were later caught at a hideout in Bat Yam. Amuyal left the country shortly after the incident and has not yet been charged.

Attorneys for Kadosh and the other four suspects said their clients deny their involvement in the attack, claiming there was no line-up done for the security guards to identify the suspects.

The court decided on Sunday to extend the remand of the four suspects until another decision is made, while Kadosh will remaind under house arrest with restrictive conditions.

Kadosh claimed Sunday that "I didn't attack anyone. I was attacked, there's a sprain in my hand." She further claimed the other defendants were attacked by the security guards first.

According to the prosecution, Kadosh admitted in questioning that she may have acted violently and that she swore at the medical staff, telling investigators: "All kinds of swear words came out of my mouth."

She also allowed that she may have attacked a police officer but said her behavior was the result of her medical condition and the behavior of the medical staff toward her.
