The Brasserie, one of Tel Aviv's long time most established restaurants announced Tuesday they would be closing down because of the economic devastation brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.
Owner Ruth Bordo said after many of her staff received notice that they had been exposed to a COVID-19 patient and must quarantine, she has decided she could no longer hand on to her business.
Bordo owns other restaurants and delis around the city.
