Health Minister Yuli Edelstein said on Sunday that three million Israelis are already eligible for a Green Pass having received two doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
After eight million vaccines administered, 4.7 million people received at least one dose of the jab.
"This is not enough to justify any violation of health regulations," Edelstein said. "We can be nearing the end of the crisis," he added.
