The Ultra-Orthodox United Torah Judaism (UTJ) and Shas parties signed on Monday a surplus vote agreement ahead of the upcoming March 23 elections.
Shas Chairman Arye Deri and UTJ leaders Moshe Gafni and Yaakov Litzman said that the agreement expresses the existing cooperation between the lists and their representatives and that they will continue to work together in the next Knesset.
