Israeli economy shrinks by 6.9% in first quarter of 2020

Israeli economy has shrunk by 6.9% in the first quarter of 2020, the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) reported Thursday.
The CBS said the declining numbers appear to be a direct result of the economic downturn following the onset of the coronavirus outbreak.
