Iran's nuclear chief worked on military nuclear program, report says

The head of the Iranian Nuclear Energy Agency Mohammad Eslami played a series of key roles in the development of Tehran's military nuclear program - and was appointed to the senior position to obscure his past, the London-based news channel Iran International, which is affiliated with the Iranian opposition, reported on Wednesday.
According to sources who spoke with the channel, Eslami headed the research institute of Iran's defense industries and was involved in all aspects related to the Iranian nuclear program.
