Senior Israeli officials said Saturday that an Israeli delegation won’t leave for Cairo to discuss the Egyptian-delegated deal with Hamas at this time.
“A professional delegation will leave should Hamas’ answer include a future for negotiation and advancement in the talks. The delegation is ready to leave and has received the mandate to carry the deal forward,” the officials said in a statement.
