Thousands of Palestinians have left the eastern part of the Gazan city of Rafah, after the IDF ordered residents to evacuate the area several hours ago, the Palestinian Red Crescent told the French news agency AFP, adding that "the number of people moving from the east of the city to the west is significant, especially since the attacks have intensified."
