Three days after the attack on a school bus and cars in the Jordan Valley, terrorist Abu Rida al-Saadi, an officer in the Palestinian security apparatus, turned himself in to the IDF. The terrorist arrived at the scene on an electric bicycle, which was found there. He was armed with a long rifle and was dressed in what appeared to be a military uniform. (Elisha Ben Kimon)
