A Hamas delegation will head to Cairo on Monday to discuss a new cease-fire proposal, Saudi newspaper Al-Sharq reported Sunday.
According to the report, "the new proposal includes progress on the issue of the return of displaced persons and the number and categories of Palestinian prisoners to be released in exchange for hostages."
It was also noted that Khalil al-Haya, the deputy of Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar, will lead the delegation to Cairo. (Lior Ben-Ari)
