Israel reports 1,411 new daily COVID cases

The Health Ministry on Wednesday reported that 1,411 people tested positive for COVID-19 a day earlier, with infection rate climbing to 1.76%.
The ministry said at least 59 people are in serious condition, a drop from the same number reported over the past week.
