Russian forces targeted a Jewish shrine in the central Ukrainian city of Uman, where tens of thousands of Hasidic Jewish pilgrims have gathered to meet the Jewish New Year, with Iranian-made suicide drones, Ukrainian news website Babel reported on Tuesday.
