Labor’s Amir Peretz and Blue & White’s Benny Gantz met to discuss a merger of their parties.
The disillusion of Labor-Meretz was approved earlier that day.
“In the first stage, rules will be set on joint and coordinated work inside the Knesset, with the aim of merging the parties,” a joint statement said.
