The Pentagon announced that the U.S. Army has completed the construction of the temporary pier off the coast of Gaza, in order to facilitate the transfer of humanitarian aid to the Strip. According to the announcement, the construction of the two parts of the pier has been completed, and they are now awaiting "their final placement, which is being delayed due to weather conditions."
