Yigal Amir who murdered Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin 25 years ago still poses a security threat according to a Shin Bet report, Israel's Channel 13 reported on Thursday.
The security agency's evaluation was presented to a Jerusalem court where Amir has been appealing to allow him phone calls with non-family members.
