Health Ministry reports 8,164 new coronavirus cases

The Health Ministry reported Wednesday morning that 8,164 new coronavirus cases have been diagnosed on Tuesday.
The death toll since the start of the pandemic rose to 3,495.
Out of 59,229 patients battling the disease, 824 are in serious condition, with 207 connected to ventilators.
With 121,816 tests conducted Tuesday, the contagion rate stands at 6.8%.
