The Health Ministry reported Tuesday morning that 9,589 new coronavirus cases have been diagnosed Tuesday.
The death toll since the start of the pandemic rose to 3,704.
Out of 74,639 patients battling the disease, 1,027 are in serious condition, with 247 connected to ventilators.
With 129,449 tests conducted Tuesday, the contagion rate stands at 7.6%.
