Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh announced Wednesday that Mahmoud Abbas will remain Fatah's presidential candidate in the upcoming elections in the Palestinian Authority.
Commenting on U.S. President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, Shtayyeh said: "We want the Biden administration to cancel the laws passed by Trump. We have a vision on our relations with the upcoming U.S. government, but we do not trust him [Biden] to be our ally."
