Over 5 million Israelis have received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, Health Minister Yuli Edelstein said on Friday.
"This is a huge achievement for the health system and the citizens of Israel," Edelstein said. "Together, we're eradicating coronavirus!"
So far, Israel has administered over 10.4 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and 4.9 million Israelis are already eligible for a vaccine passport.
