Some 500 drones lit up the New York sky with the inscription "Bring Them Home Now," calling for the release of the hostages held in Gaza. In addition, the drones also illustrated the symbol of the struggle for the return of the kidnapped, and formed the words: "EVERY SECOND COUNTS." The event was attended by families of hostages, freed hostage Moran Stella Yanai, Consul General of Israel in New York Ofir Akunis and actor Michael Rapaport. The event was held at the initiative of the Hostages and Missing Families Forum , the American Jewish Committee (AJC), the New Jersey-Israel Committee, the United Jewish Appeal (UJA) and the Israeli-American Community Organization (IAC).
