German and Dutch ambassadors call for dialogue between Israel and Palestinians

The German ambassador to Israel, Steffen Seibert, has responded to IDF raids in Jenin by saying "Israel has the right to defend itself from terror in accordance with international law, Israeli and Palestinian dialogue necessary now more than ever".
Dutch ambassador Hans Docter called on Israel and the Palestinians "to take immediate steps to curb violence".
