The Ain al-Assad airbase in Iraq, which hosts U.S. military forces, was attacked, the Hezbollah-affiliated Lebanese network Al Mayadeen reported Monday evening.
Earlier, Kata’ib Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed Iraqi militia, claimed it "attacked the U.S. base Al-Shaddadi in Al-Hasakah, Syria, with missiles." (Lior Ben-Ari)
